Corporate Outreach Intern

As a Corporate Outreach Intern at Knowvation Learnings, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with HR professionals and recruiters from various companies. Your role is to onboard them into our ecosystem so they can recruit from our student community and participate in our Open Mic and other initiatives.

3 Months (Part-time, 4–5 hours/day)2 positionsSalary Unpaid (Full-time conversion: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000/month based on performance)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to HR professionals and recruiters from companies.
  • Pitch Knowvation’s student community and hiring ecosystem.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to onboard HRs.
  • Maintain an updated database of all HR contacts and recruitment partners.
  • Coordinate with HRs for participation in Open Mic and hiring drives.
  • Follow up with HRs to ensure engagement and association continuity.
  • Prepare weekly reports on HR onboarding progress and outcomes.
