Community Manager Intern

As a Community Manager Intern at Knowvation Learnings, you will be at the heart of our student engagement strategy. You will manage and grow our student communities, organize discussions, and ensure active participation across districts as we scale Open Mic and other initiatives.

3 Months (Part-time, 4–5 hours/day)2 positionsSalary Unpaid (Full-time conversion: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000/month based on performance)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage student communities across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram).
  • Coordinate with KL Crews and District Leads to ensure event participation.
  • Create and execute community engagement plans (polls, challenges, Q&A sessions).
  • Track community engagement and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Gather feedback from students to improve future events and initiatives.
  • Support the marketing and events team by promoting workshops, hackathons, and Open Mic events.
  • Maintain an updated database of community members and activity.
